NEW EMPLOYEES LABOR AND REGULATION TRAINING
In order to guarantee and improve the development and safe production, make new employees suit new job, we carried on systemic and all-around training to them, especially for workers’ skill.
As training teachers from concerned department director and product
engineer shared their experience and knowledge with our employees, the
training contents including factory general situation, company regulation
safety knowledge, quality guideline, career moral, operation skill and
enterprise culture.
